Team leader

Responsibilities

Close to the field, you are the manager of a small group of cabinetmakers. You are responsible for organizing and carrying out luxury works or restoring historic monuments with your team. Under the responsibility of the workshop manager, you work closely with the design office and report to the business manager when traveling to sites.

Duties :
• Prepare and monitor the sites
• Restore exceptional antique works
• Create and manufacture stylish and contemporary works
• Supervise a team, manage relations with other stakeholders or with the project manager

Requirements
You have at least 3 years of experience and understand the operations of a construction site.
Organized, you take pride in a job well done and take initiative in proposals and solutions.
You are a good communicator, and your balanced character allows you to unite and lead your team.

You have a technical diploma (CAP, BAC pro, BMA, or BTM level in France) in cabinet making and traditional carpentry).

Fixed-term contract, full-time work
