Business Manager

Responsibilities

Your position is located between client relationship and the completion of the work. You act as a manager, a project manager, an administrator, and a technician. You manage your sites like profit centres, and have a hand in all phases, from budgeting to client relations.

Duties:
• Manage and coordinate teams on site
• Plan and organize work sites, ensuring their execution from initial request to final delivery to the client
• Ensure the proper management and profitability of the sites
• Ensure follow-up and commercial development

Requirements

Good interpersonal skills and a good commercial sense. A true leader, you demonstrate organization, method, and responsiveness. You can anticipate problems and come up with strong proposals and solutions.

You ideally have a Bac + 2 (type BTS building), and 3 to 5 years of experience in the trade.

You have knowledge of traditional carpentry and fine cabinetmaking, and know how to define and manage a project budget.

You master office software, and optionally MS Project and drawing software such as Autocad and Topsolid.

Fluency in English or Russian is a plus.

Permanent employment contract, full-time (39h) on site and traveling
Salary based on experience
